Jeff Stine’s experience spans over 20 years and includes transportation planning, traffic engineering, environmental analysis, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), project outreach support, technical traffic engineering support, and graphic map development.  Furthermore he has managed the San Diego office for several years.
